Below are brief descriptions of some projects for which we are currently or have recently provided service. For further information on any of these projects and others, please contact us.

	Texas Children's Hospital Woodlands The Woodlands campus will have an outpatient facility with a total of 74 exam rooms, giving residents north of Houston access to quality pediatric health care. It will also have 30 acute care beds, a surgical unit with four operating rooms, an emergency center with 24 patient rooms, five radiology rooms, a helipad, and 1,000 free parking spaces. The hospital’s inpatient and outpatient facilities will encompass approximately 398,000 square feet.

	Harris County Joint Processing Center Designed to replace the undersized and aging Inmate Processing Center building, the new joint processing center consolidates all Houston Police Department (HPD) and Harris County intake processing operations in one modern facility. With three full floors plus a basement level and secure tunnel connection to other county jail facilities, the 246,000-square-foot facility will serve the nation’s third-largest county jail system, intaking and releasing approximately 800 to 900 individuals per day. The short-term assessment level will house 552 inmates.

	Hotel ZaZa Adjacent to Houston’s affluent Memorial neighborhood and in the heart of the Energy Corridor, Hotel ZaZa Memorial City will be located at the confluence of Interstate 10, Bunker Hill Road and Memorial City Mall. This collaboration with highly acclaimed Houston developer MetroNational will be the first third-party management agreement for Z Resorts. The hotel will be the centerpiece of MetroNational’s mixed-use development which includes 3,000,000 square feet of office space, 400 luxury apartments and 25,000 square feet of retail. With 159 guest rooms and 13,000 square feet of meeting space, Hotel ZaZa Memorial City will also feature a ground floor signature restaurant and bar opening to a resort style pool along with the ever-popular ZaSpa.

	MetroNational Projects The office building located at 9807 Katy Freeway is core/shell building on 12 floors for future build out with the exception of the 9th and 10th floors which are occupied by Air Liquide. The building is approximately 383,959 gross square feet with an estimated 745 full time occupants. Air Liquide will be the main tenant occupying approximately 50% of the building. The remaining 50% of the building is anticipated to be occupied by multiple tenants to be determined later.
